  3. You've captured some really nice shots of cats living their (secret/private) lives amongst we humans and our environment. And with all those issues of territory, there should be some interesting interactions coming along as the weather improves. Look forward to seeing more :)

And I'm the mad cat person on my road, although currently without a cat, having lost my last grand old lady in December at aged 19. I just feed all the ferals now.

  4. There are two (golden spotted Bengal and vile pluth Burmilla) in that set who live here! Here being up Belvoir Street just before Chatsworth, not where you pictured them: that looks like the house further down toward Princes Ave occupied by someone who feeds anyone and everyone feline she can entice to her doorstep. Not something we're happy with, but it's not easy to stop, particularly when, as they all make clear to anyone who'll listen, we keep our Tribe in a state of abject starving misery.

    1. Cats are definitely not what you could call 100% faithful. They always seem to find somewhere else where they can get fed by putting on the "starving and homeless act". :)

    2. Indeed :)

Iggy (the Bengal up above) is particularly good at a mask of total tragedy. His life /is/ getting less good now (he's an old man, and has bad arthritis in his hips and back legs, currently held at bay by weekly injections), but he's been treated like royalty his entire life. Whatever he says.

    3. As the Blocked Dwarf commented “In ancient times cats were worshipped as gods; they have not forgotten this.” :)
