Still no news on Lola, I have been in touch with the shelters but no cat matching Lola's description :(
I hope Lola and her owner are reunited soon.

I finally finished college last month and hopefully should get mark this week. It was a bit hectic towards the end and to be honest I am glad its over, bit too much working full time and doing a course at the same time. I felt I did not get that support I needed at college but maybe it was because it meant alot to me I felt that way?!
The pictures below are the ones are submitted for my final mark C&C please.
This was shot in the studio. I wanted to do a darker side of the Alice In Wonderland hence the black/white and low key lighting. I love how the lights have been caught in her eyes (catch light). I enjoyed doing the Alice in Wonderland theme and would like to develop this further. I prefer fantasy than reality! :)
Barcelona - I used a long shutter speed and tripod for this shot. My dad was with me during this and was great, he was very patient I was there awhile!!
This is a picture of my dad. I love the leading lines in the shot and different textures. Even though its taken in a graveyard and he is in a suit, you know its a good occasion due to his relaxed walk and smile.
My best friend got married end of june. I wanted to get a shot of her dress flowed out with all the colours showing. I did this with a fast shutter speed. This was my shot of the night :)
I love the pattern of the bricks in the background and I wanted this to take up most of the image with the subject below to create a dramatic feel to the picture. I took this in Barcelona and would love to go back to do a project on street photography.
I will let you know what mark I got this week, thats if the post is on time and not delayed!!
Great pics! :)
ReplyDeleteSo there is a delay with my examination mark (not really surprised due to my experience with Hull College) so hoping to get mark next week now!!
ReplyDeleteGreat pictures Steph.
ReplyDeleteI particularly like the last one and the way the size of the stones used in the wall and tall narrow shot make the person seem small.
Glad you like the pictures One Eye :)
ReplyDeleteThe last one is one Im going to submit for the Charity Exhibition - Details to follow in another blog!! :)
